Q: By booking online, our reservation will be guaranteed?
Your booking is honored at the time you say YES to our quote and agree to complete the booking with us.
Q: Do we need to advance some money as a deposit to your service?
We require NO DEPOSIT for car bookings for under2 days use. For more than 2 days, a 20% of the total amount will be required 05 days before the service starts. Balance due can be paid by cash upon arrival or credit card to be charged at our office.
Q: Will you provide bottle water in your vehicles?
All our vehicles are provided with bottled water and an icebox to keep the water cold in the Summer.
Q: Can I rent a car for self-drive with an international driving-license?
Not at this time (possibly in the near future). Current law in Vietnam does not allow drivers without a Vietnamese driving license to operate a motorized vehicle.
Q: Will your quote cover all expenses and we can be hassle-free?
Yes, our quote is net and includes all expenses including tolls, fuel and driver wages.
Q: Will my driver speak English?
Most of our drivers can understand and speak English, especially those assigned to our business clients. If you encounter any problems communicating during the trip, our operator will be available to you, through the driver’s cell phone, to assist you onsite.
Q: How is the airport pick up arranged?
During the booking process, you provide us with the pertinent information, i.e., full name, flight number, arrival time, name of airport, and our driver will be there to greet you upon arrival with a “Welcome” signboard.
Q: What kind of car will I get?
Your vehicle selection from our web site will be honored. In case it is not available, you will get an upgrade to a higher quality vehicle or a more luxurious car.
Q: How do I contact my driver if the business trip is longer than one day?
You will be provided with the driver’s name and cell phone so you can easily reach him and he is always available during your contracted time. When you take time to attend a meeting, go sight-seeing or shopping, you can call your driver directly to come and meet you at the pre-arranged pick up point.
Q: Can I order the same driver for several days?
Yes. This is how we operate. We assign to you the same driver so you can trust him as a friend in need. We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed when using our services.
